Our company has very strict practices particularly in the poultry department.  We are very selective on the brands we carry which include nationally recognized names such as Mountaire, Perdue, Pilgrims Pride, and Koch among others.

 

We adhere to rigorous sanitation methods and we are meticulous on the handling and processing of each of our products especially with poultry items.  As part of our strict measures and to ensure freshness, twice a week we bring only the chicken that we will use within a week period, keeping all our selection less than ten days old from the original packaging date.

 

Our poultry assortment includes eggs, chicken breast, leg quarters, leg meat and wings. We also offer frozen and further processed chicken such as breaded wings, chicken nuggets, cordon blue, breaded chicken breast fillets and much more.
